This sounds great! I have some lamb in the freezer and think I will use it for these kabobs.

Yum! I was just looking for a good Moroccan spice rub for meat because I neglected to get it at the restaurant in Napa the other night. It sounded delicious, but I ordered a sesame crusted tuna instead because it was the special - it's one of those things I just can't resist. But then the table next to me ordered the Moroccan lamb dish and it smelled out of this world. Great recipe, thanks!
