    This recipe sounds interesting. I'm curious to try it, but I don't have ground espresso beans on hand :-( Perhaps I'll try a modified version without the ground espresso beans. I've got a little jar of instant espresso powder that doesn't get nearly as much attention as it should, so the nuts would still have some of that deep, rich espresso flavor.

    Your blog is really great! Every time I visit I leave with several recipes that I'd like to try in my own kitchen.

    These really sound fabulous. I made a similar recipe years ago for a wedding that I catered (the one and only event that I have ever catered) but I used pecans. I am definitely printing this recipe off for future use.
