    Hi Julie

For the meatloaf, did you use white meat, dark meat or a combination of white and dark meat turkey.

I used this line when it came to liver...I still use that line when it comes to liver.

I have always loved meatloaf. Still do. I love turkey. So this sounds like a sandwich made in heaven to me.

My recipe is very similar to yours. One day, I ran out of time & skipped the step of cooking the veggies. I just mixed in finely chopped fresh veggies. Delicious! I just do it the lazy way now.

Adding cheese & arugula - great combo!

Meatloaf sandwiches are the best. With provolone and ciabatta?...this is making me drool.

My pickiest eater loves meatloaf. That is as long as there is nothing remotely green in it. Go figure.

Meatloaf sandwiches are one of my favorite things. My husband isn't a fan of meatloaf so I don't get them as often as I would like.

    I love Turkey meatloaf too!

Perhaps one of my fondest food memories of childhood is the meatloaf sandwiches my Mom would make with the leftovers -- only back then it was made with beef and I would of probably soaked it in ketchup! Your recipe sounds yummy -- I'll make it and hopefully create a new memory for my children. Thanks!
