This onion recipe was fabulous! We made it for Thanksgiving and it was devoured. The peeling did make for a lot of work, so for a dinner party tonight I'm going to try your suggestion of purchasing the frozen onions.

Thanks for the great recipes!! I love cranberries!!

It's when we start working on things around the house that everything starts breaking. It's an endless cycle of repair and replace! Your cranberry sauce looks fantastic with the jalapeno!

Okay, I'm adding your cranberry recipe to my TG dinner! It looks delicious and will give me a good excuse to buy some port, which I *love*. I bought some pearl onions one year for TG to make creamed onions. My, oh my... will *never* do that again. I don't remember how long it took me to peel those little boogers, but it seemed like hours.

Julie, I love both of these recipes. I think I will be trying the cranberry one for Thanksgiving. I love grapeseed oil flavored with garlic.

I really like recipes like these --- they provide a completely different twist to old and familiar favorites.

I hope your ovens get fixed soon! I've never had a double oven. My mom just got a new one that had double ovens and loves it. Good luck!
