    Hi Julie,
Ah, I can finally get back to some blog reading! I've missed it. I love the look of these tuiles, they are beautiful. I can hardly wait to watch your show!! Have a great day!

Hey Julie, I'm so bad about commenting I want to do better at it this year. I agree with wanting something light after dinner so this is a perfect treat! Stop by my blog, I'm passing along an award to you!

    Thanks, Piee!

The batter really just needs to be thicker and very cold, or else it will be hard to work with a spread too quickly. It took mine 6 hours, but if you use a more shallow container or prepare less batter, then it might be less time. I hope this helps--enjoy!

I have a quick question, is it necessary to refrigerate the batter for 6 hours or more?

I love the way you think! I'm the same way. All I want is a little bite (well, honestly, I want an entire cheesecake but I have to be practical here). I read somewhere that the mark up at restaurants is greatest on appetizers and desserts. Be still my heart! These look fabulous!

How lovely. The perfect tea/coffee cookie.

Your tuiles look perfect! My meyer lemon tree had a rough year of too much heat and not enough rain. I'm hoping for more lemons next year.

Like you say, these are perfect for the end of a meal with a cup of coffee! And they sound so easy, it's amazing that more restaurants don't offer something like this for after dinner!

I can't get enough of Meyer Lemon and tuiles for that matter..lovely!
Love the nae of your blog!
