Pulled pork is my FAVORITE sandwich! I do admit I'm a little partial to mustard base sauces though. Hope all is well with you!

I'd say your absence is quite excusable...I'm now going through the series a second time. The sandwiches look just amazing!

Julie.....omg!!! I just read that you are a Twilight Fan....welcome!!! Girl, I have been obsessed with the entire series since my 13 year old got me reading them last summer in Oklahoma!!! I have read, and re-read them so many times. My favorite is Breaking Dawn. Which one are you on? I swear, when I first started reading them...nothing got done. I was up until 4 am reading. BTW, are you team Edward or Jacob??????

    Blond Duck

This looks like the perfect sandwich to keep your energy up for those marathon reading sessions!

I have sliders on the menu for the 4th! These look great.

I had to laugh at the thought of you being drawn in by the Twilight series. My sister (who is a super avid reader of more literary series), LOVED the Twilight books. Her friend made her read the first one and then she ended up reading them all. I'm thinking I should give the first one a try for summer reading!

Those sliders look out of this world! I'll bet that crunchy slaw complements the heck out of that luscious looking pork too. What a great dish!

Yum! I love pulled pork with slaw. These look great.

Now that is a load of ingredients, but the end result definitely looks good!

Holy list of ingrediants, this souds delicious!

Yum! I make pulled pork in my crockpot fairly regularly but adding some slaw would be a great improvement.

    You will enjoy books 3 & 4 I promise.
