How could someone forget to eat? Crazy. This bread looks wonderful to me... something a little healthy to eat for a snack in the afternoon.

    Hi Krista!

Almond milk should work fine, but something a bit thicker might be better.  What about coconut milk or coconut milk yogurt?  So Delicious makes a good version, and its both dairy and soy free.

    I hope that helps!

Hi there, the bread looks good but I am wondering what i can replace the yogurt with - I don't do dairy or soy so....could I use an almond milk?

    Thanks Krista

Thanks, Nick!  Maybe I should change that to say: Ive only tested it in the freezer for two weeks.  Its always been eaten by then.  It probably lasts longer, but I cant speak from experience :)

Yeah, lots of STUFF.  Maybe I should change the name to Kitchen Sink Bread.

By the way, Im loving the 365 Peanut Butter that you recommended.

    Nick

That's some crazy looking bread - there's so much STUFF in there! Lasts for only 2 weeks in the freezer? I would have thought longer.

    Megan

Mmmm, looks really good, and healthy!

    Katrina

Looks like my favorite, perfect kind of muffin/bread!
